If you do not agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, do not use Dive Me Around. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws in your country.

You sign in through Google or GitHub. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform so we can operate the service. You must not post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, infringing, spam, or misleading. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

Dive Me Around helps divers connect for social and recreational purposes. Be respectful to other members. Do not share others' private information without consent. Reviews and messages should be honest and constructive.

Dive events and buddy matching are organized by community members, not by Dive Me Around as a dive operator. We do not verify certifications, equipment, or site conditions. Scuba and freediving involve serious risks. You are solely responsible for your training, health, planning, and decisions in the water. Never rely on the platform as a substitute for professional dive guidance or emergency services.

Sign-in, hosting, and other features may rely on third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the platform.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for others, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that should survive termination (such as disclaimers and liability limits) will remain in effect.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dive Me Around and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service, including participation in dive events arranged through the platform.

We may modify features, pricing (if introduced), or these Terms. We will post updates on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
